Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead ODM/OEM partner programs and ensure customer requirements are identified early for internal alignment.
  • •Coordinate customer program teams across internal groups to define requirements, documents, and priorities for effective planning.
  • •Clarify scope from customer CRDs and ensure needs are reflected in AMD NPI product plans delivered to customer expectations (schedule and functionality).
  • •Track and report program deliverables, milestones, and risks to executive teams from inception to production.
  • •Coordinate product changes (ECNs, BOM, security updates) and manage customer meetings, action items, and follow-through.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced experience in a technical program management role or a similar customer support role.
  • •Familiarity with enterprise operating systems, device drivers, ROCm, firmware, and BIOS.
  • •Familiarity with virtualization software (e.g., Citrix, VMware) and compute technologies such as OpenCL.
  • •Experience with GPUs and server architecture across both hardware and software domains.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, or electrical engineering, plus formal project management education (PMP certified).
