Assistant Visual Merchandiser

Support store operations as a Keyholder, leading on the shop floor when management isn’t present. Deliver exceptional customer service, act as a role model for Stylists, and help teams meet personal and store KPIs. Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards, assist with deliveries and stock organization, and coach others on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience. Contribute to a positive, inclusive store environment with flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
