Job Summary

Supervise a team handling Military Deafness disease claims, supporting delivery against client SLAs and maintaining commercial value for Keoghs. Lead workload planning, provide technical support and training, and ensure compliance with Keoghs and client benchmarks, including SRA Standards & Regulations. Maintain a small caseload, guide team development to achieve authority levels, and act as the first point of contact for client complaints, resolving issues quickly and effectively.
