Job Summary

Lead construction project planning and delivery for a growing portfolio of offices, factories, and secure spaces. Own preconstruction and design support, develop project budgets and cost estimates, and structure contracts to reduce disputes and manage risk. Serve as the primary construction point of contact across stakeholders, coordinate with contractors and authorities, and communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership while enabling teams to move from concept to operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather and define user requirements for new construction projects and support early site due diligence for exec go/no-go decisions.
•Generate and manage cost estimates and budgets across the project lifecycle, including cash flow forecasting with Finance/FP&A.
•Develop contracting strategies and establish commercial terms to align incentives, allocate risk, and minimize change-order disputes.
•Serve as the primary construction point of contact across programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations; communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
•Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction, including facilitating meetings with external project managers.

Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 131,000 annually

•Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
•Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
•Ability to manage document control with extreme orderliness.
•Proven project management track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
•In-depth knowledge of construction means/methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes; competency in CPM scheduling and contract administration.
