Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and define user requirements for new construction projects and support early site due diligence for exec go/no-go decisions.
  • •Generate and manage cost estimates and budgets across the project lifecycle, including cash flow forecasting with Finance/FP&A.
  • •Develop contracting strategies and establish commercial terms to align incentives, allocate risk, and minimize change-order disputes.
  • •Serve as the primary construction point of contact across programming, design, pre-construction, closeout, and operations; communicate updates to senior stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities having jurisdiction, including facilitating meetings with external project managers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction management.
  • •Strong background in design advisory, pre-construction, and project kickoff/setup.
  • •Ability to manage document control with extreme orderliness.
  • •Proven project management track record delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction means/methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes; competency in CPM scheduling and contract administration.
