Provide excellent customer service while supporting day-to-day retail banking operations. Listen to customer needs, ask questions, and guide them to the right financial solutions through consultative conversations and timely follow-up. Handle extensive cash transactions accurately, maintain confidential customer information, and apply bank policies and risk procedures. Identify needs during customer outreach and refer customers to bankers and business partners using appropriate tracking tools.
