Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement the project Interface Management Strategy, procedures, workflows, and reporting systems while leading the PMC Interface Management function.
  • •Maintain the Interface Management Plan and comprehensive Interface Register; identify, mitigate, and track interface risks through to closure.
  • •Lead brownfield interface management between existing operating facilities, construction, commissioning, and future operations, focusing on production continuity, operational access, utility availability, and shutdown execution.
  • •Coordinate operations interfaces as the key PMC focal point with plant and operations stakeholders, including interface meetings, plant access requirements, and readiness planning.
  • •Coordinate shutdown and tie-in activities across stakeholders, support engineering interface management (interface matrices, integration risks), and assist commissioning and handover support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
  • •Minimum 15 years of experience on major industrial projects.
  • •Minimum 8 years in senior interface, project engineering, construction management, project integration, or operational readiness roles.
  • •Demonstrated brownfield project experience and experience in large industrial processing facilities.
  • •Preferred: nickel smelting projects or major projects in sectors such as mining/industrial processing; experience in PMC/Owner's Engineer/EPCM environments and working with Chinese EPC contractors and suppliers.
