Retail Supervisor - Full Time (Potomac Mills)

Lead store operations to deliver a consistently high standard of customer experience while supporting sales, KPIs, and profitability targets. Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager on recruiting, training, development, and succession planning, and help manage payroll control and service-driven scheduling. Oversee inventory and shrink goals, ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing merchandise, and maintain a safe, compliant store environment while working non-traditional hours as needed.
