  • •Support Mine Operations on equipment selection, operational strategy creation, and business justification
  • •Identify improvement opportunities and help implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve safety

  • •Currently pursuing a post-secondary degree in Mining/Mineral Resource Engineering

  • •Comfort working outdoors in an industrial environment and in varying weather/terrain; willing to operate vehicles at operations
  • •Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to communicate sophisticated ideas across levels
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and PowerBI; valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for the co-op duration
