  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure all positions are filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
  • •Ensure machinery and workstations are performing to the highest standard and have passed USDA Inspection.
