Key Responsibilities

  • •Improve manufacturing systems, material flow, capacity utilization, facility layout, and operational efficiency.
  • •Perform methods engineering analysis (process design, time and motion studies, work measurement) and recommend manufacturing line improvements.
  • •Develop manufacturing layouts and material handling/staging strategies, including warehouse design concepts and space optimization solutions.
  • •Prepare cost analysis, business cases, and return-on-investment calculations to support project selection and prioritization.
  • •Lead technical project execution from planning through implementation, including milestone reviews, risk/status reporting, and coordination across cross-functional teams.
