Lead BJAK’s end-to-end content strategy across social, website, newsletters, community, and campaigns. Define brand narratives and content pillars, oversee production of high-quality written and video assets, and align storytelling with marketing objectives. Own campaign content development, community engagement direction, and influencer/ambassador collaboration, using performance metrics and data-driven insights to continually optimize results. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to keep content tightly connected to business priorities.
