Customer Engineer - PDC (SEM Inspection & Metrology)

Serve as the direct liaison with semiconductor equipment customers by installing, maintaining, and upgrading Applied Materials PDC SEM-based inspection systems. Use digital analytics and standard diagnostics to troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative and corrective maintenance across electron beam, vacuum, electrical, mechanical, and related systems. Support customers with defect inspection performance and yield, coordinate with internal teams on inspection needs, and train junior engineers to ensure tool uptime and performance.
