Job Summary

Drive BytePlus growth across MENA by building a sustainable pipeline and expanding customer adoption of ByteDance’s innovation technology solutions. Own consultative B2B sales for GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API-based creative tools, from prospecting and deal conversion to transforming aggregator-led accounts into direct enterprise customers. Maintain key relationships and establish outbound and ecosystem partnerships to deliver predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish a proven, sustainable pipeline and expand BytePlus business across MENA.
•Maintain key customer relationships and implement strategies to grow the customer base through new logo adoption.
•Identify, prospect, and convert growth-stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API-based creative tools.
•Build predictable pipelines using outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities, and aggregator partnerships.
•Convert aggregator-driven marketplace accounts into direct enterprise accounts.

Key Requirements

•Completed bachelor’s degree
•5+ years of B2B sales experience
•Proven track record closing mid-market deals and running full sales cycles
•Strong understanding of GenAI workflows including image/video generation, creative automation, and LLM-based applications
•Experience with creative SaaS, e-commerce tools, or developer/API ecosystems
