Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead laboratory trials and ensure material preparation, trial mixes, product demos, and wet/dry sample preparation follow standard in-house procedures.
  • •Provide technical support to customers as a troubleshooter and technical consultant, including handling and following up on technical complaints.
  • •Evaluate new/alternative raw materials and optimize product formulations to improve margin or reduce complexity, and prepare investigation reports for issues.
  • •Support sales and customer application needs with technical guidance, mix design optimization, and pre-/post-sales troubleshooting.
  • •Supervise and manage concrete team resources and development needs, including daily planning, work assignment, prioritization, and maintain lab equipment readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree/Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a laboratory environment dealing with construction chemicals.
  • •At least 5 years in a technical support role related to the construction chemical industry.
  • •Experience in ready-mix concrete industry is an added advantage.
  • •Able to cultivate teamwork culture with strong leadership.
