  • •Support and implement consistent processes and best practices across marketing disciplines.
  • •Champion marketing tools and systems (Slack, Airtable, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Box, Frame.io, and related assets) and drive workflow improvements.
  • •Coordinate creative capabilities presentations with vendors/agencies and the Sports Marketing Content team.
  • •Provide operational support for awards submissions by tracking deadlines, gathering writeups/documentation, and supporting final submissions.
  • •Manage stock libraries and asset workflows, including download tracking (Getty/AP), graphics storage upkeep (server/Box), invoice review, and administrative support for campaigns.
