Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize data queue workflows for timely, accurate processing and high data integrity.
  • •Execute complex Workday transactions to update employee data while ensuring integrity and regulatory alignment.
  • •Monitor queue performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and collaborate on queue optimization and process standardisation.
  • •Provide cross-functional support across Recruiting, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Legal/Compliance for complex HR data scenarios.
