Job Summary

Provide independent, risk-based quality assurance for complex, high-risk payment cases and lead thematic reviews. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, resolve escalations, and support root cause analysis and audit/regulatory activity when needed. Lead internal and cross-stakeholder calibration to ensure consistent decisions, use advanced analytics and AI to identify trends, and present insights that drive continuous improvement while balancing quality with KPIs and SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute quality checks and calibrations for the most complex and high-risk cases and lead thematic reviews using test scripts and scorecards to assess compliance with policies and risk appetite.
•Serve as a subject matter expert for complex escalations and drive correct, consistent decision-making, including root cause analysis and support for audit/regulatory activity when required.
•Lead calibration activities internally and with stakeholders (e.g., Operations, Products and Line 2) to ensure consistent outcomes; challenge QA findings to be fair and correct based on risk appetite and policy.
•Use advanced analytical techniques and AI to analyze QA outcomes and data, identify trends, investigate root causes, and generate actionable insights and recommendations.
•Present insights to stakeholders and forums as required, influencing continuous improvement while meeting individual and team KPIs and SLAs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of QA experience, or experience handling cases in the Payments domain, including coaching others in domain-relevant subjects.
•Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to clearly articulate recommendations.
•Good experience with QA methodologies and frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
•Risk and compliance expertise relevant to the function, including interpreting and applying policy requirements and guidance in a regulatory environment.
•Ability to review complex customer files and evidence robust risk-based decisions.
