Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the government contact for major operational incidents (e.g., traffic accidents, information security events), including investigation, data consolidation, requesting relevant data from headquarters, and coordinating crisis communications and cross-department efforts.
  • •Act as the liaison for government agency inspections (e.g., Ministry of Transportation and Communications' regulatory units, Digital Development Ministry, Ministry of Labor), consolidating cross-department information to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • •Provide legal support and consultation to internal teams to identify potential legal risks and propose actionable recommendations and solutions.
  • •Draft, review, and translate contracts and legal documents, identifying legal risks and ensuring alignment with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • •Lead mediation and negotiation for civil/criminal, labor-management, and consumer disputes, coordinating with external counsel and representing the company in court hearings, non-major lawsuits, small-claims, and administrative appeals.
