Key Requirements

  • •10+ years’ experience in Operations (onboarding, KYC/CDD, risk) or Compliance in financial services/fintech/banking/investment banking/consulting.
  • •7+ years of MoM people management experience leading managers/team leads and building high-performing teams across regions and functions.
  • •Translate regulatory and business requirements into actionable, scalable CDD/KYC solutions.
  • •Influence and align stakeholders across regions, functions, and seniority levels with clear communication.
  • •Merchant-focused mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity while balancing commercial and risk priorities.
