Job Summary

Support TEI leadership by coordinating strategic planning, communications, work management, employee engagement, budgeting, and reporting. Drive OKRs/KPIs tied to Invesco/Tech & Ops goals using operational and financial data, and keep initiatives aligned through presentations and stakeholder updates. Provide administrative and operational leadership support, help execute special projects, and champion learning, talent strategy, skills frameworks, and Agile ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate TEI strategic planning to develop and implement strategic plans and monitor industry trends to inform decisions.
•Develop persona-based communications and work with TEI leadership to prepare presentations, reports, and intranet/town hall materials.
•Support reporting and analytics by developing and tracking OKRs and KPIs and using operational and financial data to provide actionable insights.
•Provide administrative and operational support to the Strategy, Operations & Execution Director/CAO and Head of TEI, including leadership meeting coordination.
•Drive training and development by helping build talent strategy, role-based learning pathways, workforce planning, and skills frameworks, while championing Agile ways of working.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, technology, or a related field (or equivalent direct work experience).

•Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
•Structured, detail-oriented approach with disciplined time management and the ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure.
