Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform bar opening/closing procedures and maintain a clean, safe, organized workspace.
  • •Prepare beverages per recipes and portion controls, keeping mise-en-place stocked and following HACCP standards.
  • •Greet guests, take and deliver beverage orders accurately, build rapport, and address concerns professionally.
  • •Upsell beverages, signature cocktails, premium brands, seasonal offerings, and food pairings to increase average check value.
  • •Operate POS and follow cash-handling procedures; assist with stock counts, requisitions, storage management, spill logs, and waste minimization.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Bartender in a hotel, restaurant, or similar hospitality environment.
  • •Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • •Solid knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixing, wines, spirits, and beverage hygiene standards.
  • •Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
