Molding Technician ( Day Shift )

Operate and maintain injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment for reliable production. Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments or repairs, manage colorant/material and hot stamping foil supplies, and coordinate with Quality and Maintenance on malfunctions and quality issues. Support safe operations, help cover Shift Supervisor responsibilities when needed, and complete daily production report collection, inspection, and data entry to ensure accurate line performance.
