Key Responsibilities

  • •Developing, being reviewed, and endorsed Japan aHUS brand plan (strategic plan and tactical plan) and future pipelines strategies by Japan and global leaders
  • •Penetrating aHUS strategy in the Alexion Nephrology Sales
  • •Financial planning and management for the designated indication (PEQ forecasting, OPEX)
  • •Close collaboration with sales departments, commercial excellence and other key functional areas (i.e., MA, Clinical development, Regulatory, GA, Compliance, and Legal) to ensure successful execution of plans
  • •Developing relationships with key opinion leaders for scientific/medical guidance and to develop external support in collaboration with Key Customer Lead and MCC

Key Requirements

  • •≥5 years of marketing experience in pharmaceutical business
  • •Prior launch experience in rare disease and/or specialty care
  • •Strategic thinking with analytical, problem-solving, planning, and communication skills
  • •Experience in sales or other direct customer-facing roles in pharmaceutical business
  • •Fluency in Japanese, proficiency in English; Bachelor’s degree in science or other relevant areas
