Key Responsibilities

•Increase revenue and drive market development through direct sales to MFMs, Ob/Gyns and Genetic Counselors.
•Cultivate and maintain key relationships through effective prospecting and sales activities.
•Create and implement a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography.
•Focus sales on currently marketed products and upcoming launches; contribute to organizational success.
•Complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, policy, and security training within 30 days and maintain training status.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Science, Nursing, or a related healthcare discipline
•Minimum of three years of physician sales experience in the diagnostic laboratory industry, ideally within genetics
•Strong background in medical or biological sciences, with experience in clinical diagnostics a plus
•Deep understanding of the OB/GYN and MFM markets, with proven success selling into these specialties
•Demonstrated success launching new products and driving rapid revenue growth in new markets
