Key Responsibilities

•Monitor core paid media/growth metrics across global markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and opportunities
•Conduct structured root-cause analysis on paid ads/growth performance and determine actions
•Translate analytical findings into prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and the Paid Ads team
•Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards providing real-time views of paid media efficiency and growth contribution
•Own end-to-end execution of key paid ads initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management, ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting
•Familiarity with paid media channels and performance marketing metrics (e.g., CAC, ROAS, CPM)
•Exceptional learning agility and ability to rapidly absorb new domains and data
•Strong logical and quantitative thinking with evidence-based conclusions
•Excellent communication skills and ability to present to senior leadership; comfortable switching between technical and non-technical audiences
