Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project management for VM work (task assignment, 1-1 coaching, timesheet reconciliation, performance evaluations).
  • •Redesign and lead vulnerability management team operations, including process standardization and managing customer expectations.
  • •Manage a team of vulnerability management professionals to proactively prevent exploitation of IT vulnerabilities across the organization.
  • •Oversee VM project execution (scheduling, centralized tracking, ensuring delivery on time and to standards) and deliver weekly and executive-level reporting.
  • •Drive actionable metrics and risk-based assessments to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities, including delegating scanning and providing SME guidance through the risk management process.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •12+ years of professional cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years in vulnerability management.
  • •3+ years managing/supervising a team of vulnerability management professionals.
  • •Information security certifications (e.g., GPEN, GEVA, CISSP).
  • •Extensive hands-on expertise with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Tenable, DB Protect, Netsparker, Qualys) and the vulnerability management lifecycle, plus risk management frameworks.
