Operations Manager

Lead operations for a digital payments fintech subsidiary, reporting directly to the Director of Operations. Coordinate client requests across a 10-member operations team and help design and implement a next-generation knowledge and communication center. Improve productivity through operational policies and process refinement, and support Salesforce portal integration and internal utilization when needed.
