Lead functional analysis for enterprise payment systems, covering card products, transaction lifecycle, retail and aviation-related programs, and related regulatory/compliance considerations. Own translation of business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams, map features from current to target state, and identify product gaps. Coordinate across business and technology stakeholders on workshops, POS systems, merchant onboarding, and settlement processes while supporting system migration planning for Azure-hosted, SQL-based, API-driven platforms.
