Job Summary

Support the daily operations of a full-service branch by assisting in leading staff, coaching and evaluating performance, and ensuring excellent client service. Share branch management responsibilities in the Bank Manager’s absence to maintain continuity of service. Provide product and service training, support account maintenance, loan support, and complex transactions, and act as a point of contact for operational questions and escalations. •Co-lead staff development with the Branch Manager, including training, coaching, performance evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
•Train clients and staff on new products and services; assist with account migration, account maintenance, and loan support.
•Serve as primary backup for teller line operations and as point-of-contact for operational questions, including override authorities.
•Support branch growth initiatives and participate in special projects related to product conversions and new product development; assist with complex transactions requiring additional authorization levels.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•3+ years of banking experience (preferred).
•1+ year of direct or indirect leadership experience.
•Adhere to regulatory compliance and personnel policies including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), confidentiality, information security, and ethical standards, including completing required online compliance and regulatory courses.
•Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills; demonstrate deep knowledge of bank products and services to provide strong client service.
