Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and deliver accurate financial reporting in line with IFRS and internal governance, serves as an SAP and financial systems expert, resolves complex reporting and system issues, and drives system integration and transformation initiatives to improve financial processes and organizational performance.
  • •Performance Metrics & Forward-Looking Analysis: Analyze financial KPIs (P&L, ROACE, capital efficiency), assess strategic decisions’ financial impact, and deliver executive-level performance insights and accountability reporting.
  • •Process Improvement & Transformation Leadership: Lead end-to-end finance process optimization, system integration, and transformation initiatives, champion automation, standardization, and control improvements while ensuring governance and audit readiness.
  • •Ensure the integrity, quality, and relevance of Downstream financial reporting while proactively anticipating how business, operational, and market changes will impact financial statements, cash flow, and value-based metrics.
  • •Go beyond reporting to actively improve how financial information is produced and used across the organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA, CA, ACCA, CMA preferred
  • •12+ years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, and performance analysis
  • •Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP and financial accounting systems
  • •Deep understanding of financial statements and value-based performance metrics
  • •Proven ability to anticipate business impacts, not just report historical outcomes
