Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with peers across North America and participate in the 12-week internship program designed to build technical and sales engineering skills.
  • •Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers while serving as a daily point-of-contact during the solution-making process.
  • •Learn the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
  • •Attend sales meetings, business functions, sales and service calls, and customer meetings alongside mentors and experienced account managers.
  • •Understand and practice the steps sales engineers take from start to finish on a job, gaining hands-on exposure throughout the internship.

Key Requirements

  • •Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis) throughout the internship, having completed at least sophomore/2nd year before start.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Have a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, provide proof of insurance, and have no major or frequent traffic violations in the past 3 years.
  • •Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning in technical fields to understand and communicate engineering solutions.
  • •Be prepared for internship assignments that may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on facility needs across North America.
