SOC L2 Engineer

As a Security Managed Services Engineer (L2), you’ll keep clients’ security infrastructures operational by monitoring, identifying, investigating, and resolving security incidents and requests within agreed SLAs. You’ll manage ticket queues, update and audit resolution actions, support second-level troubleshooting, and handle initial escalations. Working closely with automation teams, you’ll improve processes, recommend quality improvements, contribute to trend analysis, and support change management and maintenance documentation.
