Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional daily operations of the restaurant and bar.
  • •Develop and maintain knowledge of the property’s food and beverage offerings to promote to guests.
  • •Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure quality service, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
  • •Supervise, coach, and train Food & Beverage Attendants to build a high-performing team.
  • •Monitor and maintain compliance with RSA, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards; assist with stock control, ordering, and reporting as required.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ months supervisory or managerial experience in a similar role.
  • •3+ years’ experience working in a restaurant or hotel environment.
  • •Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional customer service.
  • •Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
