Contractor Management Execution Lead

Lead the day-to-day execution and performance of contractor operations across WA Mining, serving as a frontline bridge between governance and field teams. Oversee contractor activities across pre-mining, production, rehabilitation, maintenance, and projects, monitoring KPI results and driving corrective actions. Provide strong safety leadership, coordinate work with operational plans, track productivity and cost/unit-rate performance, and manage scope alignment, risks, and underperformance.
