Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory compliance-related customer and market questions and requests.
  • •Contribute to implementation of product compliance systems, policies, and programs.
  • •Support building the product stewardship database.
  • •Communicate with internal and external stakeholders including Technical Sales, Marketing, R&D, Legal, Operations, EHS, customers, test institutes, legal firms, and government agencies.
  • •Conduct chemical risk assessment reports and sign off on improved chemical raw material choices for adhesive formulations with the final application in mind.

Key Requirements

  • •Academic degree (Master’s or Bachelor’s) in a relevant discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Toxicology, Pharmacy, Food Science) or regulatory education in chemical/packaging.
  • •1–2+ years of experience in product stewardship, regulatory, or compliance roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI to manage data and compliance (plus).
  • •Engineering or regulatory knowledge to understand technical specifications and regulations and communicate implications to non-technical audiences.
  • •Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficient written and oral communication in English.
