Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and own the day-to-day EHS site management of a fast-paced construction project, ensuring contractor EHS requirements are understood and followed by all parties.
•Develop and maintain safety observations from hazard identifications of facilities, machinery, and on-site construction to ensure OSHA/NFPA/NIOSH compliance, with focus on crane, rigging, heavy equipment, welding, and fabrication activities.
•Collaborate with department leadership to complete job hazard assessments, establish PPE requirements, determine safeguards, and implement health and safety policies across construction sites.
•Provide technical oversight and support for high-risk mechanical construction tasks including crane/rigging, heavy equipment use, welding, and steel fabrication.
•Investigate incidents and write reports to determine root causes and establish corrective actions and preventive measures.
