Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Mission Success in the Field and lead end-to-end deployments for our ground autonomy systems, ensuring technical and operational success in challenging environments
  • •Serve as the on-site representative during field operations, building trust with end users
  • •Identify, prioritize, and resolve field issues in time-sensitive, resource-constrained contexts
  • •Partner with operators and stakeholders to understand real-world needs and translate feedback into clear requirements for internal teams
  • •Influence the product roadmap by voicing customer needs to shape hardware, autonomy, and operational priorities

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience

  • •Experience fielding software or hardware products to real operating environments in defense or high-growth startups
  • •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence product roadmaps
