Key Responsibilities

•Own Mission Success in the Field and lead end-to-end deployments for our ground autonomy systems, ensuring technical and operational success in challenging environments
•Serve as the on-site representative during field operations, building trust with end users
•Identify, prioritize, and resolve field issues in time-sensitive, resource-constrained contexts
•Partner with operators and stakeholders to understand real-world needs and translate feedback into clear requirements for internal teams
•Influence the product roadmap by voicing customer needs to shape hardware, autonomy, and operational priorities

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical experience
•4+ years of experience as a program manager, operations manager, or equivalent role

•Experience fielding software or hardware products to real operating environments in defense or high-growth startups
•Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence product roadmaps
