Support the production team by running venue and show errands under direction of the venue or tour production manager. Coordinate and deliver food and beverage for band or talent, keep stage and backstage areas clean and uncluttered, and assist with show pass and guest list distribution. Help the green room server as needed, perform opening/running/closing side duties, and help maintain safety and sanitation while working in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Run various errands associated with the talent and production of the show with confidentiality critical.
•Coordinate and deliver food and beverage to the band or talent.
•Ensure stage and backstage areas are clean and free of clutter.
•Assist with stage production tasks such as show pass and guest list distribution and support the green room server.
•Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to venue policy while maintaining safety and sanitation standards.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
•Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy.
•Strong relationship-building and communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
•Knowledge of touring or stage production operations and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, loud environment.
