Job Summary

Provide high-quality professional retail banking services to Premier clients, supporting Wealth Management service strategy and Premier relationships. Coordinate with Branch Customer Services Manager, back up PRM activities, handle account opening and documentation tasks, identify service opportunities, and ensure timely, accurate branch operations while maintaining strong client relationships and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with the Sales Floor Manager and BCD to achieve KPIs and deliver seamless service to customers visiting branches.
•Back up PRM to ensure continuity of Premier customer service and manage Premier rooms resources and safety deposit boxes.
•Identify service and business potentials and refer opportunities to PRM and other lines of business to deepen Premier relationships.
•Perform branch operational tasks excluding teller duties, including account opening, transactions, documentation, and reporting tasks as needed.
•Develop multi-service skills and participate in ongoing training to continually improve service delivery and knowledge.

Key Requirements

•College diploma or above
•Experience in financial services preferred
•Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and problem-solving abilities
•Proactive with business potential and client focus
•Familiar with banking regulations and financial systems; basic English communication is a plus
