Work with a team-focused approach in downtown Vancouver, supporting live events with strong communication and de-escalation skills.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-person ticket sales using Ticketmaster computer systems.
•Balance and account for credit card receipts from ticket transactions.
•Describe venue layouts and seating locations for customers.
•Organize and distribute will-call tickets as needed.
•Provide customer service and resolve guest concerns, complaints, and ticketing issues using strong communication and de-escalation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Superior customer service skills in person and over the phone.
•Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written); proficiency in French is an asset but not required.
•Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
•Understanding of event ticketing and basic computer skills.
•Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); general office and/or cash handling experience is preferred.
