Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and optimize unit wet processes to meet yield and quality requirements for advanced NAND part types.
  • •Initiate and manage experiments to widen process margins and validate manufacturability of next-node solutions.
  • •Integrate and troubleshoot processes with cross-functional teams to drive yield and quality improvements.
  • •Support innovation/IP and supplier engagement via fundamental research, hardware evaluations, and testing for novel applications.
  • •Design and implement process monitoring and control methodologies within assigned scope; maintain experiment records and technical reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •PhD (preferred), or Master’s, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
  • •Strong foundation in chemistry, chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass transport.
  • •Minimum relevant experience: PhD/master’s (≥3 years) or bachelor’s (≥5 years).
  • •Hands-on technical skills using DOE/SPC and data analysis systems (e.g., Y3) to analyze experimental outcomes.
