Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose equipment issues by pulling data from many makes/models and determining root cause and corrective actions.
  • •Repair equipment safely in the shop and troubleshoot failures at customer locations.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment, and/or oil-free air compressors when required.
  • •Maintain complete, timely electronic documentation of work performed and assist with pick-up/delivery of equipment and parts.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with experience performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on power generators and/or commercial HVAC equipment.
  • •Experience working in field service/maintenance and repair (preferred).
  • •Ability to calculate nominal/effective tonnage and/or kW requirements and read/understand schematics.
  • •Must have a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
