Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and update MBOM, routing, and work center information through Teamcenter and SAP.
  • •Coordinate and lead released ECNs from design changes to production implementations.
  • •Provide engineering assessment on issues stopping production and recommend actions.
  • •Optimize production processes by designing efficient systems and ensuring quality of assembled products.
  • •Use statistical methods to determine root causes of failures and recommend design/tolerance/processing changes; collaborate to deploy new processes and technology on the manufacturing line.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •Knowledgeable in manufacturing assembly processes, process sheets, work instruction creation, or assembly manuals.
  • •Experience working in a manufacturing environment using modeled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system.
  • •Understanding of materials and tolerances of components and assemblies.
  • •Proficient in project management and excellent presentation skills.
