Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver on the hygiene workflow, from welcome to good-bye, and all things in-between.
  • •Perform dental hygiene services and procedures, including prophylaxis, scaling, fluoride, teeth whitening, and root planning.
  • •Document patient teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and identify abnormalities or suspected conditions.
  • •Educate patients on oral hygiene and provide personalized recommendations to support prevention-focused care.
  • •As lead hygienist, take point in recruitment and help build the hygiene team as the practice grows.
