Key Responsibilities

•Lead KSA monthly, quarterly, and annual closing with accuracy, timeliness (D+3 target), and completeness.
•Ensure compliance with IFRS (incl. IFRS 9/15/16), SOCPA standards, ZATCA regulations (CIT, Zakat, VAT, WHT, CTDF), and SAMA reporting requirements.
•Oversee KSA treasury and liquidity management, including bank accounts, merchant settlements, mandates, and payment approvals.
•Manage external audits and deliver audit-ready financials with complete documentation.
•Establish, document, and strengthen internal controls across finance processes, while driving Oracle NetSuite re-platforming and integrations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; SOCPA qualification required (CPA, ACCA, CMA also considered with SOCPA eligibility).
•8–12+ years in controllership, statutory reporting, or finance leadership in FinTech, banking, payments, or Big 4 FS audit.
•Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 9/15/16, plus local KSA accounting and tax regulations.
•Expertise in regulatory reporting (SAMA, ZATCA) and managing external audits with audit-ready financials.
•Experience with ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel; SQL/data analysis exposure is a plus.
