Facility Coordinator/Specialist

Responsible for maintaining all systems in Hermès stores in Italy and Greece, external warehouses and headquarters. Coordinate store staff and service providers, supervise maintenance programs, manage budgets and ensure HVAC, electrical, plumbing, CCTV and safety systems function properly, while upholding Hermès standards of excellence. Collaborate with internal teams, safety consultants, and auditors to ensure compliance and continuous service quality.
