Monitor and optimize labor costs, minimize material waste, support cost-saving ideas, perform line start-up and continuous monitoring, and conduct twice-yearly performance reviews and training for associates using daily reporting systems.

•Oversee safe and efficient manufacturing of products and ensure production scheduled for completion is executed on time and within quality parameters.
•Maintain a safety-first culture by ensuring the safety and productivity of associates on the designated shift.
•Enforce all safety, GMP, processing, and packaging procedures to maintain a food-safe environment.
•Monitor labor costs by right-sizing the crew, minimize material waste, and suggest and implement cost-saving ideas.
•Conduct production line start-up and continuous monitoring, assign line workers, and complete required daily reporting; perform performance reviews twice a year and assist with training/coaching associates.
