  • •Oversee safe and efficient manufacturing of products and ensure production scheduled for completion is executed on time and within quality parameters.
  • •Maintain a safety-first culture by ensuring the safety and productivity of associates on the designated shift.
  • •Enforce all safety, GMP, processing, and packaging procedures to maintain a food-safe environment.
  • •Monitor labor costs by right-sizing the crew, minimize material waste, and suggest and implement cost-saving ideas.
  • •Conduct production line start-up and continuous monitoring, assign line workers, and complete required daily reporting; perform performance reviews twice a year and assist with training/coaching associates.
