Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the technical team to ensure facility services meet client requirements for quality, technical solutions, and budget.
  • •Ensure operational procedures, policies, and standards are followed; take corrective actions when needed.
  • •Implement and enforce Health & Safety procedures on the assigned site and report identified risks to the EHS team.
  • •Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and oversee contractor work quality and timing.
  • •Consolidate service and technical reports for the Facilities Manager and recommend technical (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc.) and general site improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in a supervisory role with responsibility for quality, delivery, and budget/service delivery.
  • •4+ years of experience in technical building services supervisory roles.
  • •Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • •UAE driving license.
  • •Knowledge of building technical installations and Health & Safety regulations and standards.
