Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, including disciplinary matters, grievances, performance/capability issues, attendance, investigations, and conduct matters.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and recommend appropriate courses of action while ensuring consistent and compliant application of policies and procedures.
  • •Draft and review investigation reports, outcome letters, settlement documentation, and other employee relations correspondence; maintain accurate case records in HR systems.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for managers; coach managers through formal and informal processes and provide pragmatic, legally compliant advice.
  • •Support compliance and risk management with employment legislation across the UK and Ireland; partner with Legal on tribunal claims and high-risk cases, and contribute to policy, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Business, or related discipline.
  • •CIPD qualification (Level 5 minimum, Level 7 preferred) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 3 years' experience in employee/employer relations.
  • •Strong working knowledge of employment legislation in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
  • •Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases independently, including workplace investigations and report preparation.
