Job Summary

Lead transactional accounting across the organization, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely recording of transactions in line with IFRS, company policies, and internal controls. Manage AP/AR, treasury and cash accounting support, intercompany transactions, and balance sheet reconciliations, while driving month/quarter/year-end close activities. Strengthen compliance and approval controls, support statutory audits, and improve processes through automation and ERP/finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee day-to-day transactional accounting operations, including AP, AR, bank/cash transactions, intercompany transactions and reconciliations, and related accounting support.
•Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for transactional accounting, including review and approval of journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
•Ensure timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of outstanding items, and support statutory audits with required documentation.
•Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial transactions and ensure compliance with corporate governance, accounting standards, and regulatory obligations.
•Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes and drive automation, supporting ERP enhancements and finance transformation projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, ACA, CMA, or equivalent).
•Minimum 8–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
•Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial control frameworks.
•Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
